Food is a basic human need to continue life. Food needs to be healthy in the sense of having an optimal nutritional value, such as: vitamins, minerals, carbohydrate, fat and more. Food should be pure and intact in the sense not contain contaminants and should be hygiene. If one of these factors affected the resulting food will cause health problems and diseases and even food poisoning. Problems of food sanitation are very important, especially public places are closely related to the service people. The hospital is one of public places that provide public health services with the core medical services.
